Freestyle Kickboxing
Wednesday evenings.
7:00pm - 8:00pm / normal class
(This class consists of Pad Work, Fitness Work, Fun & Self Defence)
8:00pm - 9:00pm / fighting class
(In this class you begin to learn the art of freestyle fighting / Sparring in a well controlled enviroment, with many abilities ranging from beginners to National & International Champions all learning and taking advice from one and onother, no one in this class is there too prove a point too show that there the best etc, everyone is there too help each other! Its also a really fun class, as is the 1st hour).

*1hr = 16.00 per month*
*2hrs = 24.00 per month*
